Featured Crystal - Rose Quartz
There are many different colours and types of quartz. Rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love and infinite peace. It is the most important crystal for the heart and heart chakra. It purifies and opens the heart at all levels and brings deep inner healing and self-love. It is excellent to use in times of crisis or trauma.
Rose quartz gently draws off negative energy and replaces it with loving vibes. Emotionally it is the finest healer. It soothes heartache and comforts your grief. Physically rose quartz strengthens the heart and circulatory system and aids the elimination of toxins.
Crystals
Crystals can be programmed for many purposes. You may want protection, prosperity, peace, or love. You may be looking for healing, or intending the crystal to heal someone else (If so, permission should be sought before programming begins.) You may be looking to improve your home or work environment, or seeking angelic contact. It is important that programming is well thought out and properly focused. Imprecise wording confuses crystal energies, but meticulous wording directs energy precisely.
When you have precisely formulated your intention, hold the crystal in your hands. Sit quietly with it, letting yourself attune to its energy. Let yourself be open to any higher guidance that may be with you. When you feel totally in harmony with the stone, state your intention firmly and clearly. You may repeat this several times to anchor the intention into the crystal. When you intuitively feel that the programming is complete, put the crystal down. Detach your energies from the crystal by taking your attention away from it. When the crystal has been programmed you may like to make a special time each day when you connect with it by sitting quietly with it and asking that the energies be transferred to you.
