"Do not be afraid to go out on a limb ... That's where the fruit is.."
Being yourself means being relaxed, fulfilled and natural. When you feel yourself you are at your best. You can cope with everything that life throws at you.
But sometimes you don't feel yourself. You feel out of sorts, as if something isn't right. Sometimes you need a little help to get back on track, say after a setback, or after the loss of a loved one. Sometimes you need a little help to face things, maybe you can't make your mind up about something, or maybe you have an event coming up which makes you feel anxious. Bach flower remedies can be used to balance negative mental states and emotions.
All you need to do is find the remedies that seem to reflect your situation, mood or personality best. Sometimes we find it difficult to be honest with ourselves. Few of us want to be seen as jealous or intolerant, but once we have admitted how we feel, we are halfway towards balancing that emotion. So, if you have trouble working out your feelings, why not ask someone who knows you to help?
I
can mix up a personalised remedy which can include
up to seven different remedies. Two drops of each of your chosen flower essence
is placed in a 30ml mixing bottle along with mineral water. This mix will
keep for up to three weeks. I can if you wish add a small amount of brandy
or cider vinegar to the mixture to enable it to be kept for longer. (It will
also then not be necessary to keep it in the fridge). Please let me know which
you would prefer. Please also note that the original remedies are preserved
in brandy so if you are tee-total Bach Flower Remedies may not be
for you.
Please also note that although Bach Flower Remedies are completely
safe and have no adverse side effects when used alongside conventional medicines
or treatments, they are intended as a complementary therapy and should not
replace conventional medicines or doctor's advice. If in doubt please
consult your GP.
